Mosaic Interfaith Out of the Cold, now a program of Blue Door, has served over 88 youth, men, and women experiencing homelessness with warm refuge and meals since opening for the winter in November 2021. A community-driven and collaborative interfaith program, 20 beds are available every night at either Richmond Hill Presbyterian Church or Ebenezer United Church.<\/p>\n

Right now, the extreme cold coupled with the COVID-19 pandemic makes Blue Door\u2019s seasonal emergency housing beds a critical life-saving resource for youth, men, and women experiencing homelessness. With your support, the Mosaic Interfaith Out of the Cold program is expected to continue to provide winter refuge, warm meals, and supports until March 31st<\/sup>, 2022.<\/p>\n

Blue Door\u2019s Coldest Night of the Year is a family-friendly walk raising funds to support Blue Door\u2019s lifesaving programs for people facing homelessness and in particular the Mosaic Interfaith Out of the Cold program!<\/em><\/p>\n

Join us on Saturday, February 26th<\/sup><\/strong> for a virtual walk and event to help support the men, women, youth, and families who are without a home this winter! It\u2019s cold out there, be a part of preventing and ending homelessness!<\/p>\n
