You can help keep some of our most vulnerable residents a little warmer this winter.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Community Living Central York, which provides services for people with intellectual disabilities from Newmarket, Aurora, East Gwillimbury, King Township and Whitchurch-Stouffville, is partnering with Blue Door Shelter and Inn from the Cold. Both of these housing providers serve York region residents who are experiencing homelessness or at risk of becoming homeless.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Their Share the Warmth campaign is collecting donations of new socks, mittens, underwear and hats. Donated items will be divided between the three agencies.<\/p>\n

Donations can be dropped off until Dec. 20 at Community Living\u2019s headquarters at\u00a0575 Penrose St<\/a>. northwest of Bayview Avenue and Mulock Drive between 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.<\/p>\n
